I can’t sleep cause my back hurts so much

This always happens here because Welshy’s bed and sofa suck and give me no support whatsoever but he refuses to buy things

Apparently new things are too expensive but second hand things are unacceptable

So I guess I’ll just be in pain until my back finally snaps and welshy has to look after me 24/7 because I’m a paraplegic

I mean if it saves someone’s life then great but the amount of people choosing suicide these days is worrying

When I was younger suicide seemed so rare.. hardly anyone knew someone who’d committed suicide

Nowadays it’s like every other person

Also it’s like oh I’ll just kill myself cause I had a bad day

Not like I’ve been struggling mentally for years and something tipped me over the edge

I feel like we need to address coping strategies from a young age

A permanent solution to temporary problems
