Lidia is making 2 risotto. Bruno = good. Mushroom risotto. And butternut squash and kale for a winter supper.

Lidia made a polenta stuffed with mashed potato and cabbage with Gorgonzola cheese. You can imagine a recipe made on the moon 🌙 with green cheese.
