Yeah South Wales and up north England are real cheap compared to most places. Basically the further away from London the cheaper

Honestly costs here are ridiculously low for rly lovely places. I used to pay £650 for my room in Croydon and when I first got with welshy that could rent a 3 bed house near the sea here!

It’s increased a little bit but not much. My room in Croydon is probly £800+ now

It was going up to £720 which is why I had to move out in the first place a few years back.

So glad to be moving away from London tbh
