Mustard is the go-to condiment for regular hotdogs. You can add ketchup, but the mustard has to be there too. I'll fight anyone that disagrees,

Bratwurst, it's raw or grilled onions and mustard.

Italian sausage, it's chimichurri and grilled onions.
