He's innocent until proven guilty. But even if found guilty, there appears to be no law against running for president while in prison. It seems mo one thought that would ever come up.

Trump says things like this because his supporters always believe everything he says.
Now he'll either not show anything on Monday and keep stalling with promises, or he'll show some nonsense they won't read and it will be proof enough that the election was stolen. Even though every single one of his lawsuits were thrown out in 2021 and his own Attorney General told him the election wasn't stolen after investigating.
