He's serving 28 years for his 2010 murder in Peru.

He just got 20 years that he'll serve concurrently for extorting Natalie Holloway's mom.

Even though he's admitted to murdering Natalie Holloway, he's not serving time for that due to his plea deal arrangements.

When he gets out of Peru prison in 2038-2039, he'll be moved to the US and serve the remainder of his US 20 year sentence. So he'll be free around 2043-2044, at the age of 57.
