Feels very similar to when I lost my friend Duncan suddenly and I found out via a post on fb.. at first I thought he was posting about a loss.. I couldn’t take it in.. when I realised it was someone saying goodbye to him I was so shaken

Welshy always has these little arm/leg spasms as he’s falling asleep

And he just kicked me awehuhd

Yesterday I wasn’t feeling well so I got up and went downstairs to lay on sofa and watch tv so I didn’t disturb Welshy’s sleep before work

Normally he gets up and goes straight to work within 5 mins

But when he woke up he missed me so he came down early so we could just hug for a little bit before he left

I went to her Facebook to see if she had posted anything recently and her niece had posted that she had passed away. She had just passed about a week before my text message
