MG how much do you tip on food deliveries?
Like door dash or Uber eats etc
Cause over here it’s normal to only tip like £1/2 .. £5 max but most don’t even tip at all cause tipping isn’t rly a thing here like it is in the US
But I’ve been watching BikingDC on YouTube and he gets like $15/20 tips regularly which seems to be sorta expected mmm

I recently went to a seafood restaurant with a friend and tipped $15 😬 but the bill was a lot higher than anything I’ve ever ordered from DoorDash
DoorDash, GrubHub… whatever have crazy fees which the driver gets most of
If you tip less than $5 or $6 a lot of drivers won’t take the order and then you end up waiting a LONG time or not getting the food at all

Yeah it seems crazy ppl are tipping $20 on top of buying food.. I couldn’t afford a takeaway here if we were expected to tip that much on top
