Most cis women don't even get that privilege and a lot of straight cis men don't find fake boobs attractive. It's dishonest and commonly regarded as slutty or milfy (ie old and money to splurge on physical appearance ie poor judgement/character). Even women I respect a lot like Carol Vorderman has had botox and breast implants and open relationships, but that's her life and she's already done so much and still is. I must say when I went foo fighters recently I was very underwhelmed by the concert

I read that their shows are the best ever from ppl that had been to several shows so I had high hopes

But I was left feeling a bit disappointed
