I’m usually crying in my dreams but don’t wake up in tears

I have had panic attacks in my dreams, then wake up having one.

How does my body just have a panic attack while sleeping. What could be triggering the fight or flight response?
Can the body tell it is dreaming?

If you have an elaborate idea 💡 you can reach the surface and your dreams can come true. Then consciousness can intergrate and engineer 👷‍♂️. Then you have a civil conversation. Then you have a forecast and a ray of light can breakthrough. Then you have hope. You got this.

Never had a panic attack in dreams just in real life

If you look through the comments you can have a question of honor and have distinction. Jesus said the entire law can be summed up in one question. Is it better to save a life on the sabbath or destroy one?
