You say that now. Again, I said exactly the same thing as that at that age, but as you get older your tastes expand, and drastically. I used to hate hip-hop and death metal. But now I have quite a few liked hip-hop artists, and a couple of death metal-ish bands I like, too. Times change, so do opinions, and tastes. My dad like Heavy Metal, and Hard Rock when he was young and still does, even though he likes other genre's like me, he still prefers Heavy Metal and Hard Rock. Oh, I also like some Speed Metal, and Rock, but not all. So not everyone's tastes in music change. System of a Down has some Death Metal parts but it isn't 100% screaming at the top of your lungs. Some raps songs are okay, besides that it is just talking very fast. I figured that out at the concert/assembly yesterday at school when I coudn't understand what they were saying.

Yeah, I have all of there albums and are probably my favorite band because they are Heavy Metal, Rock, Death Metal, Speed Metal, Alternative Rock, etc. And Serj's CD, but I don't have Scars on Broadway.
If I was gonna name every CD he has, it will consist of mainly Heavy Metal, Hard Rock, and Rock. I think I will stay this way, Death Metal may be possible, but rap will never. Anything with a guitar I could like.
