I fell again 😭😭

My ankle hasn’t even fully healed from Christmas

Now I’ve twisted my knee on the same leg and I can’t stand on it 😭

The house we’re at pet sitting had decking outside the back door
I was going in garden to collect recycling that’s been blown about by the wind
but as soon as I stepped out my trainers didn’t grip at all and slid out from under me and I just went down with a bang 💥

Then temperance can be patient and virtue can be made.

A special inquiry can be scientific method and ask of yourself so that you attain the acquired characteristics. Then you can adapt and be a step ahead. Then you have plasticity and can engage the brain 🧠.
