I feel like the academy conspired to give it to Zoe as a statement, and I think the other nominees were in on it. I just didn't see that expected nano-second facial flicker that says "oh crap I didn't win. Quick! Look happy and clap...no in fact look THRILLED". Demi went from zero to thrilled instantly, as if she knew and approved. If not, shows she might actually be the greatest actor nominated there
