It didn't happen, but also happened and it's the reporter's fault for being added to the text chat. It's also not a problem that they were using a civilian app that could be hacked and monitored, and they used that app so there's no official records when there should be. Did I mention it didn't happen, but if if it did, it's the reporters fault and that's where the focus should be?
