They changed the bill in some places in the Senate, so it has to go back to the House for another vote, as it's effectively a different bill now. If the House changes anything before passing it again, it goes back to the Senate. Ping-Pong.
Having said that, I do expect shitlord Republicans to eventually pass this bill and give the wealthiest people more tax cuts at the expense of everyone else.
