He might like the Strokes though, they are quite classic/garage rock influenced. mmm

That's actually the reason my dad liked them, since he could hear how much they were influenced by Iggy Pop/The Stooges, etc.

I always thought Bill Paxton was the lead in Thinner. Haven't seen it since I was a youngling, though. Guess I'll watch it now.

My first Strokes song was Take It or Leave It. and it remains my favourite to this day.
