I see a world where people rely on each other to get by, create small communities in local areas, help each other out. But there would be no single hand telling us what to do, we'd decide within ourselves what is right and wrong. We'd have total freedom.

What you are describing is actually communism (commune=community)what marx wanted origionally.... but everyone will never agree so its just a pipe dream.
Communism has a distinct leader, a chairman, bringing the country together. While my idea has no leader whatsoever. There is no form of country, no nationalism, just humans.
