Do the British people use z's in any of their words?

If you mean like, "organization", then no. Even though we should, since the original spelling was with a Z, rather than it being an americanisation like "color".

Hmm. I was just curious if it was omitted in most all of your vocabulary.

Zebra's the only word I can think of. But then again I was never good at Scattergories.

There aren't that many common words that use it. 'Zoo' and 'zygote' are the only ones I can think of off-hand. But there are plenty scientific ones that use it.

Exactly, I should have known it was for latin and greek words. Pizza is another one, but isn't that just a word stolen from the Italians?
