The General Discussion Thread

It'd like to thank Amanda Dyslin for her refreshing work on "Operation Green Day." I recall seeing Adrienne around town as well. She had a remarkable look that it was hard to miss. Shortly after, I attended Green Day's concert at the St. Paul Civic Center with a group of friends. It's great to look back on all the fun times had on our passage into adulthood. And now as me and so many others like me in Generation X have transitioned into a family life and/or careers, it's refreshing to recall our individually and bonds of friendship which brought is to the present. Too often we forget. Though I feel strongly about many issues today and do my best to keep up on current events, I frankly find mainstream media depressing and exhausting. I'd love to see more fun work like this being reported.

Maybe best to get this of my chest, so here goes. After 18 years this morning I find out I have a half sister from my dad but she knows nothing of my family as her mother took her away and went back with her first husband or something like that, she's under his name and like.

Personally I hope it stays that way and I really want to forget this.

Oh god that does feel better.

What a shocker eh? haermm

Hopfully I'll never have to meet her or even have to deal with her.

I don't want to meet her though and I certainly don't want to have to interact with her in a room full of people that's for sure.

woah! that's crazy. I can see how that could be a bit of a mindf*ck, just finding that out out of the blue.
