It was like all kinds of music was playing in my head, and I knew it was in my head but it seemed real. The only song I can remember right now is the theme song for Fable (Which gets really annoying if its ever stuck in your head) but I know it wasn't the only song. All the streetlights were slowly spinning too.

Like what?For me it's not usually anything big, just stuff like always seeing things in the corner of my eye that aren't there, colours slightly changing, thinking I see something but then when I look to it, it's gone, etc.
