Oh yeah, they play all their As The Palaces Burn and Ashes Of The Wake stuff on Killadelphia. Brilliant live album.

Yeah, I was going to buy Ashes of the Wake next.

Actually, I'm going on a Townsend spending spree. SYL, "Ki", etc.

What Devin stuff do you have so far? I still have yet to actually purchase one of their albums yet, being broke and all, looking forward to actually buying some SYL albums rather than just downloading them, though.

Well, I've got Ziltoid, SYL - Alien, and that's it. Sad, i know.

Got a bunch more on my computer, though. I've got all the SYL, Ki, And Ziltoid.

Yeah, I have all the SYL albums on my pc too, love it all. Got his first solo album too, which isn't bad. Still trying to get used to Ki, though. Pretty different for Townsend's usual stuff, but still badass, of course.

The title track off of Ki has a pretty epic ending. Townsend busts out his opera skills.

I love that album because I know it's leading into bigger and better things. You can tell that each song reaches a point that it could go over, but doesn't. Because it's almost like an intro album.

Yeah, I get what you mean. He kind of teased us with what he's going to make next by showcasing some of his other skills. I loved that doom metal song on it, forgot it's name, think it's Disruptor or something, I hope he makes at least a few more songs in that vein.

Oh, and Trainfire, that one was sweet.
