Well umm no, he's a British resident therefore the ban should be regulated by British time not EST or PST.
Also he was banned by an British mod, the time states 7:21 pm last week, ergo at 7:21pm on the dot today his ban should have been void.
Also TGF himself says 171 hours have passed and he is correct.
