chiaki was a sock but she wasn't hurting anyone, if people kept quiet then she would of stayed

tired hiker made a sock although it was for a joke like (phat crabz)
and theres loads of 'socks' that forgot their password so made new accounts and they aren't banned, and if they aren't banned even though they're technically socks which is a bannable offense then i don't see why chiaki was banned

if she was banned like, i haven't checked.
