You guys should have reported it the first time you saw it, since there was already a sock before this one doing the same thing. Don't rely on others to report, you should do it yourself.

Digi is completely offline now. All the people who are global mods are only online a couple days a week and only for a couple hours at a time. KMC needs to be completely rebooted, especially when it comes to moderators. Some of them are only on a couple times a year!
