The thing is, the guys in AC/DC actually did grow up. They still rock out, but they don't try to stay hip and keep up with college kids anymore. Pretty sure they do have grandkids they spend time with.
Green Day are trying to stay the same age as when they first started. With the exception of Mike who seems to be the most grounded of the group. Tres and Billie are tools trying to relive their high school years.
