I turned out ****ing amazing!
It ended up being hard to do the layers of meat, beans, sour cream and salsa, so I mixed them together and laid that out as a single layer. So it was tortillas (mine ended up being 2 at the bottom of a baking dish), filling mix, cheese, tortillas, filling mix, cheese, tortillas and more cheese.
Next time I might add some jalapenos to spice it up.
