I have a fairly bad diet still. I eat decent, varied meals regularly but I also eat a lot of rubbish. Plus I barely ever exercise.

i know the chords for time of your life.

Would like to learn the accordion for it actually.

i didn't even have a good diet in the army but we did pt so much the energy was needed. one of the few things i miss about the army was the food. canteen usually had really good desserts for tea. i'm talking like chocolate cakes and jam doughnuts and some pastry thing with custard and i was never a big custard guy but i was in the army and that shit was great.

you should totally get an accordion

then when you're spouting off facts pwning all these noobs in the gdf you could say well accordion to this research you can go **** yourself or whatever you do idk just throw in some words you don't understand and that's a prime xyz post

They did a full English so most mornings I had two sausages, beans, and toast then back just in time for parade

I think steak is pretty healthy and part of a balanced diet.

Depends on the cut really, but it's safe to say that in most restaurants when you order a steak you're going to get a lot of fat and calories. Having a steak every once in a while isn't bad for you but it's not something you should eat a lot.

The food you were used to in Wales was so disgusting that the food in an army canteen was actually good to you.

sausage beans and toast is not a full English. That's what you give to your infant.

No bacon, no hash browns, no mushrooms, no accordion?

Probably.

I would eat a medium rare steak every week though.

I'd probably have steak and eggs for breakfast, tbh.

That's not even a half English let alone a full

Black pudding my nigga

I don't even like black pudding, I was wanted to post that specific post for my own amusement
