my first shift at the racecourse I opened a wine bottle for a customer that wasn't allowed to take the bottle outside. So I poured it into two pint glasses and he must have looked like a nob head.

I also recall one shift where I was team leader....and I'm not confident enough to be team leader.

I still put it on my cv though.
