Yeah, except, Billie isn't 20 anymore. His emotions aren't fixated drugs and masturbation and not wanting to get older. His lyrics reflect the pain of society that he feels. So he hasn't changed at all in that sense. And I will not stop using the "Billie's moving forward, not backward" thing. Billie himself said it.
