I think I've finally found my motivation to diet

Reading and seeing weight loss journeys on insta.. it's given me a real boost to actually do it

So today is the first day of the rest of my life

Can't wait to go shopping later to buy load of stuff to blend and make smoothies with

I'm starving rn but don't really have any food in the house

been invited to a family get together

Like full family, cousins/aunts/uncles etc

so can pretty much guess that he won't go and I'll look like I'm making him up ermmhappy
