Xyz, give me a sample of the stuff that goes on in /pol/

I occasionally go on /mu/, but I find the whole 4chan thing too hectic for my personal posting styles and preferences.

Farage has said nothing directly racist, but he's still a ****ing tool
It's not racist to say cultures are susceptible to crimes in other cultures. It is racist to say skin colour is the reason for the hate. This isn't far age, this is my opinion.
I don't like the focus on immigration, borders and ethnicity. I think we have plenty of other problems, and all of this seems to be centred on these classic alt-right positions. You say "We have enough problems without them coming over here and destroying our culture" and all that, well why don't we sort out those other issues, and then maybe these migrants will actually turn out to be a much smaller issue than you believed? If our economy was on form, you wouldn't even care about a couple of Muslims or Romanians coming over. But as it is, you're pretty much subscribing to the idea of Schrödinger’s immigrant: "he who lazes around on benefits whilst simultaneously stealing your job".

And not at all Ami. I think immigration saturates the job market and creates problems for the locals. Even second generation Indian immigrants are hating immigration in Britain. It's harder to get a job with open borders.
You see my political and social belief is that us beautiful unique creatures, humans, have unequivocally screwed ourselves through a lack of understanding or care for our futures, instead fussing over labels and tribes, and not seeing how special and amazing we really are. I see a darkness in the future, one that we won't survive, due to our ignorance and lack of ability to evolve. We will die, all of us, and we will never achieve the greatness we are capable of.
I see no point in subscribing to a political belief system considering that either way, we will not be able to love each other for who we are, and we will kill ourselves. And even if we don't, nature is genocidal and will eventually wipe us out.
So like I say, just give me music, philosophy, introspection, existential crises, movies, dank memes, and shitposting, and until I die, I'll try to be the kindest and most decent person I can possibly be day-to-day.
