It requires three mods, as well as the members most affected by the banned member's actions. They review the banned member's appeal, and come to an agreement whether to let them back on for a three-month trial period. Any signs of infraction in those three months results in the appeal being overturned, after which they have to wait five more years before a second appeal can be made.

Like I say, anyone can appeal. We must offer compassion in these hard times. Do not forget - in the case of Oneness, he repeatedly threatened to find and kill me. Even if he did appeal, the chances of him even getting the three-month trial is unlikely.

Your sentiment is amiable, but I think a sensible and rational admin is what we need right now. One that listens to what the people want, and knows what they need. Someone who gives themselves to the people, but who has the smarts to act when trouble arises.
