Welshy is sleeping and I've managed to spook myself into not being able to sleep

Also I always get like afraid to move in case I wake Welshy up.. like I'll lay in the most uncomfortable position for ages instead of moving

Like earlier when welshys arm was across me but also kinda strangling me and stopping me breathing slightly.. but I just lay there for ages like that rather than just move

I only eventually moved when I got an itch on my leg and couldn't hold off scratching it any longer
