Molluscophobia is the fear of members of the mollusk family, such as slugs and snails. Like many other phobias, molluscophobia is seen as an irrational and/or ridiculous fear, due to snails and slugs being harmless to humans.

It's not a fear, more a revulsion.

I'm sure 90% of the UK's slugs end up in my garden. It's like I'm dodging mines leaving the garden trying not to step on them.

I hate when I accidentally stand on a snail. That crunch noise 😘
