Okay so I'm not British so I don't know what certain things about them mean, but is there something significant about the phrase "bell end" ? Is it some kind of offensive term?
I was watching this video and it had the cops telling this guy to take some Christmas lights he had on his house down. They said it was because one of the shapes the lights were in looked like a dick and people had complained.
The guy says it wasn't meant to be that, but that wasn't all there was. Next to it was lights in the shape of what was clearly a bell, and then next to it the lights were shaped to spell out the word "end".
So they told the guy even if he took the cock looking lights down..he couldn't have the bell and the word end up either. So I'm just confused, does a bell next to the word end mean anything?
