There wasn't anything in that article i didn't like. I hope that happens. I liked wolfmother dammit.

Saw the Know Your Enemy vid on TV last night.

Sounded pretty much like I expected it would. Minimal chord progression and a couple of men screaming ''Wheowhohowhowhow'' during the chorus.

Green Day are playing england, scotland, northern ireland and republic of ireland but not wales

and wales is like way more important than northern ireland

holland has a royal family

If they have a monarchy (or a Parliamentary monarchy) then it stands to reason they'd have a royal family.

What a ****. As if playing Guitar Hero will keep people from making 'indie' music. Besides he listed Oasis and the Killers as good bands. He should shut the **** up.

The story

Two people have been killed and 12 wounded when a car careered into a crowd of people watching the Dutch royal family riding past in an open-top bus, police said.

It happened in the Dutch town of Apeldoorn, about 70 kilometers (45 miles) east of Amsterdam, during celebrations for Queen's Day, an annual holiday in the Netherlands.

Queen Beatrix was in the bus with her family when the small black car zoomed past. The crowds were behind barriers off the road, but security officials and journalists, including many cameramen, were in the road as the car went by. Read full article »

True, dramatic shit happening during Queen's Day this morning and shit, but I don't really care, except for the fact that there's an 8 year old girl that got killed/wounded, and that it might be a terrorist attack.

Useless opinion piece as already said - ever consider that rock's "dark ages" were actually its best years? How many people ultimately would rather hear AC/DC than Lady Gaga? But I guess this sums up NME these days and what passes for music journalism these days.

why would terrorists attack holland

that would sure send a message to the dutch army and government awehawe do you guys even have an army

Well, honestly, both are shit but I'd still rather hear ''Just Dance'' than ''Highway to Hell''.

Haha. Yes, we do have an army. An army which is of significant importance for the rebuilding of Afghanistan. What about Wales, do they have some sort of cavalry which ride on sheep?

I listen to everything modern and classic. Even a little bit of rap/hip-hop though these days those two are starkly different.

Walshy just stop talking about music you ****. You know nothing about it, you like ****ing Green Day and AC/DC and I bet you've never even heard a single Pixies or Sonic Youth song. Die. Of. AIDS.

we were in Falklands! and whatever the brit army is up to we're there too
