hey gang i had to cancel all of my plans for tomorrow because i have severe sciatica and i've been in bed unable to move for the last two days
this is the first time i've been able to sit up without feeling like someone is jabbing a hot spike into my spine and down my right leg!!!

I am, i've also got one of those TENS Units shocking my back as well!
My chiro says my back is severely twisted due to the sciatica so i've got a whole bunch of other problems on top of that
it's like the twisting of my back has completely wrapped the nerve around the bones back there
but i think it'll get better soon!
