colossus would win , stronger and more durable than brock symbiote
colossus base strength - over 100 ton range ( alohough i don't think it is by much , proabably several hundred tons unlike jugegrnaut who is definately several thousand tons)
Venom base strength 11 tons, he can amp his strength when he increases size enough to slug it out with some bricks,so i guesstimate class 50 range when amped (25- 50 tons), not enough to hurt colouss but perhaps knock him around(he only weighs 500lbs)
still not enough to hurt colossus, colossus will put him down but after a tussle and several punches as venom is quite durable
ok im gonna be Venom's advocate, since im a big fan. Before you guys throw tomato at me - im not saying Venom's gonna win, im just saying this is not as one sided as some people believe. First of all, it depends on environment. Venom has Spider-man like speed + he can go invisible, so its gonna be next to impossible for Piotr to tag him. Although Venom's strength is not enough to hurt Colossus, Brock Venom himself is CRAZY durable to the point when he can take dozen punches from the likes of Hulk and Juggernaut without being seriously hurt (and NO! he was NOT enhanced during that fight with Juggernaut! I dont know where that came from) So Colossus best bet would be waiting till Venom starvs or something... Also, this power is rarely used but symbotes can mindcontrole and mindrape other people. Carnage's done it to Silver surfer and Venom in what if even controled Hulk who can resist normal telepaths. So there...

Its pretty one sided if you ask me, especially with the beatdown namor gave him using strength alone and colossus is just as strong as namor.
