so how far does he get and what weapons does he use to do it?

If he gets Stormbreaker, does that mean, the power that gets added to Beta Ray Bill is added to him?

Meaning he doesn't just use it as a weapon, the Power of Thor gets added to his own?

Regular thor has resisted his molecular motion being stopped. RKT wont even feel such an attack.
