I can think of maybe two instances of her using speed significantly, and neither lasted as long as this fight would.

even if she doesn't, she still has comparable strength and durability. heat vision too, which she has used...
Wonder woman clears the gauntlet effortlessly. She has the strength, speed, and durability. Furthermore, both supergirl and powergirl can clear the gauntlet. I understand where people are coming from when it comes to peegee. But lets not forget that Powegirl has traded blows with black adam, has used her heatvision on superboy prime. Moreover, we've seen her take on krptonians, and supegirl has mentioned that karen is her superior. Let's not forget when Superman, WW and Batman were regrouping the JLA, the trinity chose karen over kara. Implying that she is more capable than supergirl. Anyways, each can clear the gauntlet and soon we'll knon where to place peegee once her series starts running.

Colossus could trade blows with Black Adam. Or Hulk. Or... anybody with super strength.
I could trade insults with Spider-Man simply by telling him that he smells funny. Doesn't exactly put me on Spider-Man's level of intelligence or wit.
And the JLA choosing is not a feat, is not directly indicative of power level, and is entirely based on who the writer feels like writing.
Anyways...
Pee Gee doesn't have the feats to take any two of them.
