This is the Wrecking Crew. They look like worthless jobbers, but they kind of aren't. Each of them has been blessed with Asgardian strength and stats due to The Wrecker's enchanted crowbar. From left to right they are Bulldozer, Piledriver, Wrecker and Thunderball. The crowbar is what gave them their powers and it comes with another assortment of powers as well, its like a mini-weaker version of Thor's hammer. The wrecking ball is also enchanted but it doesn't come with those abilities only indestructability and it comes back to him when its thrown. So remember that it will extremely hurt if you take a hit from them, especially if you only have human-low durability.

He can only phase for 30 seconds as you said though and if Thor wanted he could rain down lightning, hail and the winds until he came back, godblast him, punch him, use that overpowered hammer, bfr.
Other chick can be bfr'd like Cain. He couldn't hurt Cain, but luckily some people came and saved him from death giving him enough time to bfr him. There is a reason why Thor isn't allowed to be used here.
