This is a Marvel Universe RP where characters are totally limited because we are talking about limited oppositions. Not gods. If I were to create a character here, it would not be unbalanced as expected in comparison with the characters made in the UHRPG. It's totally reasonable in my count.

Balanced characters is always a matter of definition. A balanced character in this roleplay is underpowered in UHRPG while a balanced character in UHRPG is often overpowered in this one.
Take Cosmestica for example, while she is one of the less dangerous in UHRPG, she would be able to take out everyone here by herself. Take then someone like Captain Britain from here, he would be squashed over there. So it is not a matter of balance, but a matter of different roleplays.

So yeah. Just wanted that said. Not sure why.
