I'll point out right away that 6191 is not Arcee. They only share the same appearance. And that video focus on G1 Arcee, which is in no way even close to the source of inspiration of 6191.

I'll also point out that 6191 has not yet been seen by XT (or anyone else) in her Semi form.

Well sort of like manipulating things like mercury and other metals without actually forging stuff to make weapons and the like. It's not very useful in terms of combat but as a support skill it could come handy to other characters
