Shalimar stood up and looked around the room.She jumped up to the second floor while back flipping across the room to the part of the second floor.She turned around and glided toward the frontdoor an fliped all the way to end of the table."Cirque Des Merveilles works wonders"Thought Shalimar had been lied, but this should keep them from knowing she was an mutant.
"Aye what a wonderful show Ms. Shalimar. A splendid display of agility and poise. I thank you all for bearing with enthusiasm and sense of wonderment."
Meanwhile the green cloaked knight continued his quest throughout the knight. The books spoke of the item's location being in a heavily plagued town so that it would be kept safe from anyone who wishes to use it. He arrives at the town gate and two guards stop him from entering.
"Halt, this town is off limits due to sickness and disease, you are hereby ordered by his majesty King Arthur to turn around and go somewhere else!"
He then puts the guards to sleep with but a wave of his hand. As he enters the town all he sees is broken down houses and deceased bodies laid throughout the ground. A little girl with torn clothes and raggedy hair walks up to him and tries to warn him to leave. Her cough was severe as you could see blood dripping from her mouth.
"Mister...ye might want to leave before they deem you plagued too, then ye'll be stuck here like the rest of us."
He kneels down to her and picks her up holding her tightly in his left arm.
"No my child, neither of us shall be sick."
He focuses on the girl's body and mind trying to flush out the disease within her. Once he locates it he ponders what it would take to heal her. The disease here was incurable to natural methods and most methods of sorcery, but lucky for them the man's knowledge in sorcery was as vast as Avalon itself. The ailment is revealed and with another gesture from his right hand she is cured. He puts her down and informs her to awake the rest of the town.
"Run home little girl, awake your brothers, sisters, mother and father. Alert the town that I have come to heal you all, tell them that their age of suffering has come to an end."
She does as she was told and the entire town assembled before their green cloaked knight within 10 minutes.
"Come, kneel before me one by one and you shall know pain and famine no more."
Within 15 minutes they were all cured buy his job was not yet done. Another villager stepped forward to thank him.
"We thank ye, our savior, ye hath saved our lives. How may we ever repay ye.?"
"No, my work here is not yet completed. Your land is still infected and your crops are unable to be eaten, your livestock are as sickly as you were, and your water is impure. Know this though, I swear upon my honor and nobility that these problems shall be no more come noon."
He went to work as he promised and started with ridding the animals of diseases first. This was going to be an all night task but time was more than on his side.
Shalimar smiled as she let her blonde barrow curls fall down her back."Your welcome.It's not every day I can have fun with magic."
Emma jumpedout her set."How can that be?"She rushes over toward an window to see if she could find where this rush of joy wascoming from."This is rather strange.Never have I feltsomething sopowerful.It's almost unnatural....it is unnatural.King of this great land;is this an holiday or somethin?"
Iron Fist took a step back and smiled "I'll show you"
He pulled his palms to his chest and inhaled, he pushed them out forward and with an exhale his limbs began to glow brightly. He thrust his fist out ward and the glowing chi shot about 6 inches from his fist. Once he pulled it back in the trail stayed out for a few moments. He smiled and began doing various martial arts movements causing his chi to flow off of his body in various patterns in the air. It looked light a carefully choreographed light show preformed using a human body. He pulled himself back into his standing position and spun around with his hand pointed to the ground, it caused a line of chi to raise and swirl around him. He thrust his palms out to the sides of his body and the chi vortex disrupted causing a small visible shock wave. He flicked up his left wrist and and the chi flew off of it in the form of a ball of golden energy, he caught it in his right hand. He held both hands open and it flowed up in an arc from hand to hand before being re absorbed. He clenched the fingers on his right hand and only kept the index and middle ones out. He closed his eyes and the dragon shaped symbol on his chest began to glow. His body became completely engulfed in chi energy and it flow from the floor to the ceiling. A large serpent like dragon formed made of the energy and flowed around his body. It began to fly around the room and looked directly into the king's eyes; it then flew over to all the others and reared up above them opening it's mouth showing it's teeth it brushed past the team barely touching them but showing that it was a physical being whose surface felt smooth and hard. Iron fist was directly it around with his hand, once he closed his fist and pulled it to his chest all of the dragon flew back into his body. He placed his fist into his palm once more and bowed.
"I'm sorry it wasn't better but I haven't really done some of that in awhile"
King Arthur was puzzled for a moment. He didn't quite understand the point of what she wanted to show him, well the first part was the only confusing part. It was also hard for him to pick a good emotion that they didn't already exhibit seeing that everyone was happy in Camelot.
"Excuse my ignorance madam but I don't understand how making my men feel handicapped is entertaining. I apologize if I am insulting one of your foreign customs though. Perhaps you could just make him feel silly like turn him into a Jester?"
