CS's armor coating is a "stainless steel alloy with an ultimate tensile strength of 280,000 pounds per square inch. The same material they use in landing gear. He'll have to bend the material shell around him every time he makes a move. Thats should cut his strength in half at the very least"
Just saying. Plus its already also been mentioned that he took gog down with a hit. When fighting big guy, taking the suit off drastically increased his strength.
