a beserker roams around the crackdown city and starts to destroy everything in its path and its up to the crackdown agents to stop it befor the city ends up destroyd

but do they have the ability to stop it?

Picks up a bus, and drops it on the beserker, then pees on the corpse.

Especially if it's the black guy, or the islander.
