PC Supes and Silver Age Supes should go in two different categories, IMO. SA Supes was pulling off those insane feats. PC Supes, from like 79-85, was more...realistic. And I'd put Majestros in that range.
That being said, his intelligence is definitely higher than Braniac 5's.
...But, I'm not convinced that he can take many of Thanos' punches or blasts if Thanos does hit him, and although Majestic is a bonefide planet-mover, he'll still find that putting Thanos down is an extremely difficult task.

The map was an accident. He was trying to take down Erads, but unfortunately, he ended up upgrading him.

As shrewd as Thanos, able to find a weakneess in a opponent then create the solution, can cause his heat vision to be hotter than the core of stars,and also has the advantage of fighting ability of Batman or maybe could be a little better.
If it's hand to hand Thanos get's embarassed, Mr.Majestic uses his freeze breath to freeze Thanos then relentlessly punches, kicks, slams him into the ground uses his heat vision before finishing with a super punch.
