However, he didn't specify so I guess we have to go with current versions. 😬

First round: Galactus Stomps.
Second Round: Galactus Stomps.
Third Round: Depends. Current Version of the heroes would, even against weakened Galactus, get decimated based on how Galactus has been portrayed recently.

I haven't follow the Big G in awhile.
Do they still bring him in comics as of date?

If so, how powerful is he?

Well in Annihilation 6 he was portrayed as weak and still destroyed at least three star systems and arguably a watcher, in Nova this was the way he was portrayed.

The most recent I think was Skaar but since I haven't read it I cannot comment on it, but else his appearance and feats have increased.

Lineups are needed.......

Because each of these teams have had people who could stomp Galactus at certain times. And there are more ways to beat him than just direct combat.

in skaar all he did was eat Cieara with the oldpower, which acording to surfer satisfied his hunger.

Galactus loses badly. Spectre spits on his faces then uses him as a Toilet paper to shit out holy $h!t

X-men have Phoenix.
Phoenix stalemated hungry G back in the day.
And, btw, Xavier can at least get his attention. Well, not more then for a second, but it's still a feat.

On those, only Phoenix and Phantom Straner are worth of interest. But that again...
