I've to admit that I haven't read "The Other", so I'm not 100% sure... but when he first appeared he couldn't. Wiki and marvel database have no info about it.
Radiation was Morlun's weakness, wasn't it? I wonder how he would cope with carbonadium radiation mixed with death pheromones and life force absorption.

OR's tentacles are fast enough to block bullets. And his durability is crazy, even w/o the armor.
That was their first tussle. Sorry, but you misquoted it. Spidey merely said that he'd never been hit that hard. Neither Hulk nor Thor hit him like that. That doesn't mean they couldn't do it, though...

He was saying he hits harder than the Hulk from experiance, as in comparing to the times Hulk has smacked him in the face.
And in The Other Spiderman wasn't in his usual, joking, exaggerating mood, as Morlun was literally beating him to death, he was being deadly serious.
The quote is something like-
'Never been hit that hard before. And I've taken shots from The Hulk..'
That was just after Morlun tagged him and sent him flying through a wall.
