Um, none of them would, really. It's entirely possible that the interrogations would be unsuccessful given any amount of time. But Sinister's telepathy ftw. He'd get it from all of them eventually via that method. But torture and such wouldn't work on any, imo.
I have to go with this.
I see Capt and Bats dying before they gave in.
Maybe Punisher would be the first to give in, but I'm far from an expert on him to say for sure.
Anyways, as for lasting the longest, I'd have to give it to Wolverine, if only because they couldn't really kill him, once they got frustrated at getting nothing out him. He would win by simply living the longest. 😄

Punisher has a death wish, torture isn't going to get him to talk. 🙁
Wolverine was a volunteer for Team X, and their memory whipes.
The Weapon X Program erased his memories... and he still rebelled against their programing, killed virtually everyone in the facility and escaped.
Wolverine willingly became Apoc's servant... and he eventually broke the brain washing.
So... which of those are examples of "breaking" Wolverine? Baron von Strucker tortured Wolverine for a week and the only thing he found out was his name was Logan.
